Governing Law & Jurisdiction 
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

General Terms 
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Unenforceable parts do not affect the rest. Kyphé may delegate its duties at discretion.

Final Disclaimer 
Kyphé perfumes use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients. Customers with sensitive skin or allergies must perform patch tests before using the product. Kyphé is not liable for adverse reactions. Consult a dermatologist if concerned.
