How can I place an order on Kyphé’s website? 
Placing an order is easy: 
● Browse our collection and select your desired fragrance. 
● Click “Add to Cart”. 
● Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and select “Check Out”. 
● Enter your shipping and contact details carefully. 
● Choose your preferred online payment method. 
● Click “Complete Order” to place your order.

Do I need to create an account to order?  
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view 
your order history, track orders easily, and save your address for future purchases. 
You’ll also receive exclusive access to special offers, early product launches, and 
time-to-time discounts. 

What are the payment options available? 
Kyphé accepts 100% online payments only. You can pay using: 
● Credit or Debit Cards 
● UPI 
● Net Banking 
● Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) 
Cash on Delivery is not available. 

How can I cancel my order?  
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped. 
To cancel, email us at info@kyphe.in with your Order ID. 
Note: 
● A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from prepaid order cancellations. 
● Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 

How do I track my order?  
After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and 
tracking link. 
If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, write to us at info@kyphe.in. 

How long will my order take to arrive?  
All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India and will be delivered within 5–7 
working days, depending on your location. 

What is Kyphé’s return & refund policy?   
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are not accepted unless: 
● The item was received damaged, broken, or defective. 
In such cases: 
● You must email info@kyphe.in within 24 hours of delivery. 
● A video of the unboxing (from start to finish) is mandatory for claims. 
● After verification, you may receive a replacement or a store credit of equal value. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Not at the moment. Kyphé only ships within India. 

Where are Kyphé products made?  
All of Kyphé’s products are formulated and manufactured in Vadodara, India and 
shipped from Mumbai, India. 

Are your products safe for all skin types?  
Yes, our products are made with high-quality ingredients that are suitable for 
most skin types. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use. 

Do you offer product samples?  
Yes, Kyphé offers a complete sample set that includes all our signature 
fragrances. You can explore the entire collection before choosing your favorite. 
The sample set is available for purchase on a dedicated “Samples” page on our 
website. 

Are Kyphé products cruelty-free?   
Yes. All Kyphé products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals. 

How do I know which fragrance is best for me? 
Each Kyphé fragrance is described in detail on the product page. Kyphé also 
offers a sample set that includes all our 6 signature fragrances. You can 
explore the entire collection before choosing your favourite. The sample set is 
available for purchase on a dedicated “Kyphé Minis” page on our website.

What if I receive a damaged product?  
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please: 
● Refuse delivery if possible. 
● If already delivered, email us at info@kyphe.in within 24 hours with: 
○ Your Order ID 
○ Clear photos 
○ A complete unboxing video 
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. 

How safe is it to pay online on Kyphé? 
We use a 100% secure payment gateway that encrypts your transaction, 
ensuring that your data is safe at every step.
