Shipping Policy
All purchases made through www.kyphe.in are shipped from our warehouse located in Mumbai, Maharashtra – India, via reliable courier services.
Delivery Timeline
● Pan India – Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
● Delivery hours are between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery & Signatures
Orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure an authorized person (family member, neighbour, building staff, colleague, etc.) is present to receive and sign for the package.
Kyphé is not liable for any loss or damage once the package has been signed for by an alternate recipient at the delivery address.
Damages & Shortages
All claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer care team on the same day of delivery, along with clear images of the parcel and product(s).

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on:

● Delivery location

● Kyphé is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after successful delivery.
● Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
● Orders once shipped cannot be rerouted or redirected to a different address.
● We currently do not offer cash on delivery and/or international shipping.
