Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Kyphé, we are committed to offering a premium experience through our thoughtfully crafted perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

  • In case a product is received in a damaged condition (leakage, breakage, or tampering), customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video showing the issue clearly from start to finish is mandatory to process such claims. Please ensure the product is shown in its original packaging and condition during the video.

  • All refund-related claims must be emailed to info@kyphe.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]” along with relevant images/videos and order details.

  • Once verified and approved by our team, the customer can choose to receive:
    ● A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
    ● A store credit of equal value which can be redeemed in their next purchase.

  • Refunds (in form of store credit) may take up to 15 working days to reflect after approval.

  • Refunds are not applicable in case of:
    ● No proof (video evidence) submitted
    ● Product sensitivities or reactions (we strongly recommend a patch test)
    ● Damages due to mishandling after delivery

Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted due to the personal and consumable nature of our fragrance products.

  • However, in extreme cases of in-transit damage or product defect, a replacement or store credit refund can be issued after proper validation.

  • All return-related queries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with mandatory unboxing video proof.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • A gateway deduction fee of 2.5% will apply to all prepaid order cancellations.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (after gateway charge deduction) will be credited to the original mode of payment within 15 working days of cancellation acceptance.
